I am a Doctor of Medicine from Ukraine with over 20 years of experience practicing complementary and alternative medicine in Poland. Throughout my career, I have combined traditional medical knowledge with holistic approaches to health, always seeking to understand the person as a whole.

My deep interest in the human mind led me to study psychology, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree. This background allows me to integrate both physical and psychological perspectives into my therapeutic work.

In massage therapy, I have specialized in a wide range of techniques, including classical, therapeutic, deep tissue, trigger point, lymphatic drainage (MLD), visceral massage, stretching, and posture correction.

I have also trained in traditional Chinese medicine methods such as zhen jiu therapy (acupuncture and moxibustion), herbal treatments, naturopathy, and nutrition science. This unique blend of skills allows me to tailor each session individually — supporting not only physical recovery but also overall balance and well-being.

My priority has always been, and will remain, only one: the well-being of my patients.

Currently, I have begun the long journey of validating my medical diploma in the United States. The first milestone on this path has already been achieved — I have received my Illinois Massage Therapist License.

Darek graduated from The Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 1992. He opened up a clinic the same year in 1992, Lymphatic Therapy Center. Within the past few years, Darek expanded the business and opened up a bigger clinic with 4 treatment rooms, and is now called, Lymphatic Massage OM.
